Idén Miskolc adott otthont a Területi Mérnöki Kamarák és Egyesületek úgynevezett „Kis V4” Találkozójának, amely több mint két évtizedes hagyományt folytat: a lengyel, szlovák, cseh és magyar mérnöki kamarák regionális szintű együttműködését.
A háromnapos rendezvényen a Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén Vármegyei Mérnöki Kamara (BOMEK) látta vendégül a partnerszervezetek delegációit: a szlovák RZ SKSI Košice, a cseh ČKAIT, valamint a lengyel MOIIB és PZITB képviselőit. A találkozót Dr. Zákányiné Dr. Mészáros Renáta, a BOMEK elnöke nyitotta meg és vezette – elnökként első alkalommal fogadva a testvérszervezetek delegációit.
A program
A vendégek szerda délután érkeztek Miskolcra, majd a LÁÉV kisvasútjával utaztak fel Lillafüredre, ahol vezetett séta és üdvözlő vacsora várta a résztvevőket. Az est során a delegációvezetők rövid köszöntőt mondtak, és bemutatták saját delegációjuk tagjait – felelevenítve ezt a régi hagyományt.
A csütörtöki szakmai nap a Miskolci Egyetemen zajlott, ahol két aktuális témát jártak körbe a delegációk:
- A mérnöki képzésekhez kapcsolódó kamarai jogosultságok és a munkaerőpiaci elvárások összehangolása
- A diplomás mérnök kamarai tagságának útja – belépési feltételek, szakmai gyakorlat, vizsgarendszer
A szakmai program részeként a résztvevők megtekintették az Egyetem Őslénytárát és a Selmeci Műemlékkönyvtárat is, majd a nap zárásaként a delegációk közös nyilatkozatot írtak alá, amelyben megerősítették az együttműködés folytatását a mérnökképzés és a szakmai utánpótlás témáiban. A napot közös záróvacsora zárta.
Pénteken, rövid búcsúreggeli után a delegációk hazautaztak – ezzel a 2026-os Kis V4 Találkozó sikeresen lezárult.

The “Small V4” Meeting in Miskolc Concluded Successfully

This year, Miskolc hosted the so-called “Small V4” Meeting of Regional Chambers of Engineers and Associations, continuing a tradition spanning more than two decades: regional-level cooperation among the Polish, Slovak, Czech, and Hungarian chambers of engineers.
During the three-day event, the Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén County Chamber of Engineers (BOMEK) hosted delegations from its partner organizations: representatives from the Slovak RZ SKSI Košice, the Czech ČKAIT, and the Polish MOIIB and PZITB. The meeting was opened and chaired by Dr. Renáta Zákányiné Dr. Mészáros, president of BOMEK, who welcomed the delegations from the sister organizations for the first time in her capacity as president.
The Program
The guests arrived in Miskolc on Wednesday afternoon and then traveled to Lillafüred on the LÁÉV narrow-gauge railway, where a guided walk and a welcome dinner awaited the participants. During the evening, the delegation leaders gave brief welcoming remarks and introduced the members of their respective delegations—reviving this long-standing tradition.
Thursday’s professional session took place at the University of Miskolc, where the delegations explored two current topics:
- Aligning professional association requirements related to engineering programs with labor market expectations
- The path to professional association membership for graduate engineers—eligibility requirements, professional practice, and the examination system
As part of the professional program, participants toured the University’s Paleontological Collection and the Selmeci Historical Library; to conclude the day, the delegations signed a joint statement reaffirming their commitment to continued cooperation on engineering education and the training of the next generation of professionals. The day concluded with a joint closing dinner.
On Friday, after a brief farewell breakfast, the delegations returned home—thus bringing the 2026 Small V4 Meeting to a successful close.
